Which package fits your property?
Townhouses & smaller homes
For Faerie Glen, Lynnwood and Menlo Park, where the goal is to run lights, Wi-Fi, the gate and the fridge on your own power, with basic camera coverage and a modest water reserve for short municipal outages.
Family homes
For Garsfontein, Moreleta Park and Waterkloof. An 8kW hybrid system with lithium storage carries most of the house, AI cameras distinguish people from pets, and a 5,000-litre tank with booster pump covers roughly a week without municipal water.
Estates & larger properties
For Woodhill, Mooikloof, Silver Lakes and Irene: high-capacity solar with expandable battery banks, thermal and licence-plate perimeter cameras, and 10,000 litres or more of filtered, pressurised water on a solar-backed pump — with golf-ball netting where needed.
